Music Ministries
At Grove Park, we love to worship the Lord through music. We believe that all forms and expressions of music are given by God, and we intentionally craft our worship services and special events to reflect this.
Depending on the week, you can expect to engage in worship with piano, organ, choir, a praise team, and our handbell choir. Regardless of which groups are leading, you will find high-level musicianship and intentional worship leadership.

Children’s Choirs
Treble Makers Choir: Monday, 3:30-4:30 grades 1-2
GP Singers: Tuesday, 3:15-4:15 grades 3-5
Cherub Choir (During Mission Friends): Wednesday, 6:30 pm ages 3-5
Our Children’s Choirs meet on Mondays and Tuesdays after school, providing a wonderful opportunity for kids to develop their musical talents and worship together. Throughout the year, they will lead in worship, giving them a chance to feel involved and connected to the church community. Under Phyllis’s guidance, children are nurtured in a supportive environment where they can grow, belong, and carry a love for music into their future involvement in the choir.
Adult Choir
Wednesday, 7:30-8:30 pm.
Our Adult Choir practices every Wednesday directly after Bible Study, preparing for a variety of worship opportunities. The choir sings every Sunday, adding a beautiful, integral element to our morning worship service. With a diverse and blended repertoire, the choir offers a mix of styles that enriches the worship experience and brings the congregation together in song.
Senior Adult Choir
Saint's Alive Choir: Tuesday, 11:00-11:45 a.m.
Our Senior Adult Choir meets on Tuesdays, bringing together a group of people who simply love to sing and enjoy each other's company. After mid-morning practice, the group often heads out for lunch together, creating a warm atmosphere of fellowship and community. It’s a great way to stay connected, share joy, and lift their voices in song.
Praise Team
Sunday, 10:30 a.m.
The Praise Team plays an essential role in our worship service, beginning as they serve alongside the acolytes to open worship with reverence. They also lead the congregation in a song directly following the welcome, setting the tone for the rest of the service. With anywhere from 2 to 6 members, the Praise Team introduces worship in a powerful and uplifting way, helping guide everyone into a meaningful time of praise.
Handbells
His Royal Ringers: Wednesday, 5:15-6:00 p.m.
Our Handbell group plays during special times of worship such as Holy Week, Advent, and other significant occasions throughout the year. Their music adds a beautiful and unique element to our worship experience, enhancing the spiritual atmosphere during these sacred times. It’s a wonderful way to participate in worship through the art of handbell music.
